Seattle, Washington – Bellflower Chocolate Company founders Will Dixon and Callie Neylan were interviewed for the online food publication, StarChefs.com of New York City. Approached for their unique offerings, they were invited to do a tasting and photo shoot at their commercial kitchen space in Seattle's oldest Catholic church, included in a showcase of fellow West Coast food pioneers.
