Plus, Seattle has a long history of food establishments using literary references as their names. Renee Erickson’s acclaimed oyster bar, The Walrus and the Carpenter, takes its name from Alice in Wonderland. Seawolf, our favorite bakery, is named after a Jack London novel. And the Emerald City’s most renowned food export, Starbucks, drew its name from the immense, classic novel, Moby Dick. So even though A Clockwork Orange may be a controversial work to reference, we feel like “moloko” is a fitting moniker for our plant-based chocolate milks. Because if you’re not provoking the world with your culinary creations, then what’s the point? Intentionally low in sugar, we use no fillers or emulsifiers. Our molokos are vegan.

Orders must be placed at least one week in advance of pick up. Milk pick up days are Fridays from noon-2:00 p.m. at our commercial kitchen on Queen Anne.
